Ticketing Policy

Admission to the Amusement Park is Always Free. There’s never a charge to enter Enchanted Island. You simply pay for the rides you want to ride on, the games you want to play, and the food you want to eat.　

All rides take tickets you can purchase right at the park. For the best value, purchase an All-Day Pass or Year Pass! See our Attractions page to see how many tickets each ride requires. Also be sure to measure yourself and family at the "What Can I Ride Sign", as height restrictions apply.

Not all persons can participate in every attraction.

No outside food or drink is allowed inside the amusement park, except for bottled water.

 

Attractions, Inflatables and Special Events

Encanto Adventures, LLC dba Enchanted Island Amusement Park, Waiver, Release, Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement

As consideration for being allowed to enter the attractions area and/or party area and/or special events at Enchanted Island Amusement Park the undersigned, on his or her behalf, and on the behalf of the following participant(s) identified, acknowledges, appreciates, understands and agrees to the following:

1. I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of the Participant(s) named or I have obtained permission from the parent/legal guardian of the Participant(s) named to execute this agreement on their behalf.

2. I acknowledge and understand that there are known, and unknown risk associated with participation in Enchanted Island Amusement Park & City of Phoenix activities and the use of the attractions, inflatables and any and all other Enchanted Island equipment, including but not limited to the Enchanted Island, which include but are not limited to: contusions, fractures, scrapes, cuts, bumps, paralysis, or death.

3. I, for myself and the Participant(s) named, willingly assume the risks associated with participation at Enchanted Island. I agree that the Participant(s) name, and I shall comply with all stated and customary terms, posted safety signs, rules and verbal instructions as conditions for participation at Enchanted Island.

4. I, for myself, the Participant(s) named, our heirs, assigns, representatives, and net of kin agree to hold harmless, release, waive and indemnify the independent owner of Enchanted Island Amusement Park, their predecessors, parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, officers, and employees from any and all injuries, liabilities or damages from participation, except for those arising from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Enchanted Island.

5. I additionally agree to indemnify the independent owner of this Enchanted Island Amusement Park, their predecessors, parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, officers and employees for any defense cost or expense arising from any and all claims, injuries, liabilities or damages arising from participation, except for those arising from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Enchanted Island Amusement Park.

6. I am of physical ability to participate and am legally competent to understand and complete this agreement. I hereby execute this agreement without coercion. I understand that entry, by myself and the participant(s) named, constitutes consent for Enchanted Island Amusement Park to use any film, video, or likeness of participants for any purpose whatsoever without payment to the participant.

7. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. Any controversy, dispute or claim arising out of or related to this Agreement, which the parties are unable to resolve by mutual agreement, shall be settled exclusively by submission by either party of the controversy, claim or dispute to binding arbitration in Maricopa County Arizona before a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect.

RENTAL AGREEMENT, WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY ENCANTO ADVENTURES, LLC dba Encanto Boats.

Boat Rental Fees

1/2 hour for 1-2 passangers $25.00

1/2 hour for 3-4 passangers $35.00

1 hour for 1-2 passangers $35.00

1 hour for 3-4 passangers $40.00

This pricing does not include the required $10 deposit. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Encanto Park boat rental program, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates and agrees that:

 

The risk of injury from activities involved with boating and water is significant, including the potential for paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce the risk, the risk of serious injury does exist, and,

I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation, and,

I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and,

I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS ENCANTO ADVENTURES, LLC, and THE CITY OF PHOENIX, their officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (Releasees). WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.

THE RENTER AGREES TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING RENTAL CONDITIONS

The renter will abide by the BOATING RULES, LAWS AND REGULATIONS FOF THE STATE OF ARIZONA, THE CITY OF PHOENIX and ENCANTO ADVENTURES, LLC.

The renter guarantees to return the rented equipment in the same condition in which it was delivered to the renter. Renter is responsible for all damage during rental period. This is an obligation whether or not the renter is negligent and is not excused by due care of the renter.

BOAT RENTER MUST BE 14 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. During boat rental, a responsible party 14 years or older must occupy the boat during usage. Renter will be asked to prove they are 14 years of age or older.

ALL CHILDREN 12 AND UNDER MUST WEAR LIFE JACKETS AT ALL TIMES. All other passengers will be issued a life jacket. There shall always be one life jacket for each person aboard the boat.

No children under the age of 2 will be allowed to board the boat. No pets allowed on boats.

Boats may be docked only at the Boat Rental Dock. Switching passengers may only be accomplished at the boat dock. No changing places or standing within the boat. All passengers must remain seated.

Only one person per seat. Children are not allowed to sit on lap, no exceptions.

Boats must be returned to the boat dock within the allocated rental time. Late fees shall be based on the ½ hour rate for each additional ½ or any part thereof.

NO SPLASHING, NO HAZARDOUS PLAY, NO BUMPING BOATS, NO JUMPING INTO LAGOON, NO FISHING FROM BOATS.

If the above conditions are not me, the deposit fee shall be forfeited.

Boats require strenuous physical activity, so people with medical conditions, pregnancy or physical activity restrictions should not operate the boats.

The renter shall assume all responsibility of passengers. The renter also agrees to inform and enforce, to all passengers, the rules, and regulations.

ENCANTO ADVENTURES LLC. is not responsible for lost items.

 

Climbing Wall Rules

Note: If minor accidents occur, it is our policy to contact the child’s parent/guardian. If a serious accident occurs, our policy is not only to contact the child’s parent/guardian but also to activate Emergency Medical Services.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Claims & Notice

I allow my child and myself to participate in Enchanted Island Amusement Park programs and activities, including but not limited to any climbing wall or equipment on site. I release the Enchanted Island Amusement Park and its employees of any liability, claims, or demands, which we may have hereafter as a result of my child’s and my own participation in programs and activities and use of recreation facilities or climbing wall. I understand that the Enchanted Island Amusement Park has no medical insurance for my child or me. I understand there are risks involved with physical exertion and use of recreation facilities, including serious injury. I certify that my child's and my own physical condition are satisfactory to participate in programs/activities. I also give my permission for any photographs, audio or video recordings taken of my child and/or myself to be used by the Enchanted Island Amusement Park for any lawful purpose, including the promotion of events on Enchanted Island’s website or social media sites. I further waive any and all right to privacy, compensation, or the right to inspect or approve the photographs, audio or video recordings used. I am at least 18 years of age and verify that all information provided at registration or on this form is correct. Providing incorrect information including but not limited to date of birth and address is grounds for removal from the program and may result in suspension of the privilege to participate in future programs.

ENCHANTED ISLAND AMUSEMENT PARK CLIMBING WALL RULES

Parent or Guardian must be present with children age 13 or younger to use wall.

Climbers must meet minimum weight requirement of no less than 50 lbs. Maximum weight is 250lbs.

Appropriate closed toed athletic footwear is required. No open-toed shoes allowed.

Climbers must have their harness checked by staff prior to climbing. A staff member will hook the harness to the carabineer.

Once at the top of the wall, let go and descend to the base of the wall by pushing away from the wall with your feet.

Do not climb across the wall. Your sideways motion should never exceed two arm lengths in either direction.

Your feet must always remain as the lower point of your body. There is no hanging upside down in the harness. Your feet must be the first thing to touch the floor.

No chalk or similar material allowed.

No food, drink, or chewing gum allowed around the climbing wall.

No swinging or horseplay while climbing or waiting to climb.

No outside equipment allowed. Climbers must use equipment provided by Enchanted Island Amusement Park.

For your safety, there is a one warning limit. Climbing privileges will be revoked from anyone not utilizing safe climbing practices.

Use at your own risk.

Expectant mothers and those with heart, back or neck problems should not climb.

Failure to follow these rules will result in the suspension of climbing privileges.
